Growing up one of my favorite things to do before bed was to play 21 Questions with my dad and brother. I loved playing this game and not just because it for sure would delayed bed time a solid 10 minutes but it genuinely is a fun game. When I was poking around the Vogue site a year ago I came across Vogues Video Series – 73 Questions.

I have been cursed blessed with fair sensitive skin. Growing up, while my friends enjoyed the gift bags full of Bath and Body Works products for their birthday and holiday presents, I always had to return these items as my skin never agreed with these products. Through the years though, more and more companies offer organic and toxin free products which has allowed me to start recovering from beauty product fomo. Here are five products that are in regular rotation in my skin care regime.

RECIPES FOR TWO – LASAGNA ROLLS

I love to cook. My job though doesn’t always allow for me to make a home cooked meal every night with my hours being long and inconsistent. To motivate myself at the end of the day I try to stick with recipes that have few ingredients and short prep, cook, and clean up time. Lasagna rolls check all of those boxes and on top of that are quite tasty!

Before I share the recipe, I want to note that this is a new series I hope to keep up with in the space (I know why do I even attempt to make these promises). Recipes for Two is all about taking meals meant for multiple servings and doctoring them to make just enough for two people to share.

A NOTE ON GORDON RAMSAY

Last November D and I had college friends over to our place for Friendsgiving. I was excited to cook my very first turkey and scoured my cookbooks, cooking magazines, and the Internet for the perfect turkey recipe. The issue with that sort of research, everyone claims they have the best turkey. I decided to ask people I know who have put the recipe to the test and liked it that much to recommend it. One of my co-workers suggested Gordon Ramsay’s Christmas Turkey.

How does one start a first blog post? I have started many blogs and every time I struggle with the simple task of writing a first post. Maybe that is where the flaw lies though, thinking that any of this is “simple”.
